Rev. David McDonald, DMin, has lectured on methodology, church records, migrations, and research in the Old Northwest Territory for more than 40 years. A Protestant minister, he has served churches in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin since the early 1990s.

David is a past president of several genealogical organizations and societies. He has also contributed as a society newsletter editor and research coach, sharing his expertise to support and inspire others in their genealogical pursuits.
