ABOUT ME
Introduction
Marian Pierre-Louis is a genealogy educator who specializes in house history research, Southern New England (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island) research, and solving brick walls.
She produced and hosted 100 episodes of *Fieldstone Common*, a history podcast, and 63 episodes of *The Genealogy Professional* podcast—both of which are still available on YouTube. Marian has authored numerous articles for the *Association of Professional Genealogists Quarterly (APGQ)*, the *Afro-American Historical and Genealogical Society (AAHGS) News*, *Medway & Millis Local Town Pages*, book reviews, and over 500 online genealogy articles. She also contributed chapters to *The Stories Houses Tell – A Collection of Little Compton House Histories* (2015) and its follow-up volume, *A Second Collection of Little Compton House Histories* (2022).
Marian currently serves as the Online Education Producer for Legacy Family Tree Webinars, where she produces and coordinates online genealogy education classes.
